While we welcome walk-ins at most Reunion events, we strongly encourage advance registration if you plan on attending. Advance registration for this event is $200 per person. On-site registration (capacity permitting) will be $250 per person.

What does it cost to attend Reunion?

The discount can only be used once per registration and is not valid for guests. Each alum celebrating their Reunion should register separately.Alumni Fees: Classes of 1965–2005
Alumni attending daytime programming on Thursday or Friday will be charged a flat program fee to offset the costs of breakfast, lunch, the symposium, and more.- $75 through April 22

Walk-ins are welcome at the Party on the Quad. Those registering on-site on June 14 will need to pay the event fee.
Guest Fees:
Guests of alumni attending daytime programming on Thursday or Friday will be charged a flat program fee of $35 through June 4 at 5 p.m. ET. For those who register on-site, the guest fee is $65 per person. There are additional costs for class-specific and off-campus events. -
Can I bring my family to Reunion?
Yes, adults are welcome to attend Reunion programming and events. The Party on the Quad on Saturday is our signature family event. Visit the Explore Boston section below for more ideas about what they can do while you’re attending Reunion.

How do I add additional events or guests if I have already registered?

Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive confirmation via email at your preferred email address used with your HarvardKey.

What if I have to cancel my Reunion registration?
For a partial refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee per event), cancellation notices must be received in writing by May 23. Cancellation notices received after May 23 are not eligible for refunds.

What hotels do you recommend?
We have blocks of discounted rooms at six local hotels: Four Seasons Hotel Boston, The Newbury Boston, Boston Park Plaza, Hotel Commonwealth, The Inn at Longwood Medical, and InterContinental Boston. Visit our hotel page to check locations and rates. Hotels fill quickly and rates expire.

When and where do I check in?
Upon arrival, please pick up your nametag and personalized itinerary at check-in. Your nametag is required to gain admission to all Reunion events.

What if I arrive after check-in closes on Friday? Can I still check in at the evening events?
Yes, you can check in at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston (Classes of 1965–2005) and Matria at InterContinental Boston (Classes of 2010–2020) on Friday evening.

Where do I find the Reunion schedule for my class?

Where do I find the exact room locations for on-campus events?
Room locations for on-campus events will be in the on-site program you receive at check-in.

Will there be photos taken at Reunion?
There will be roaming photographers at most Reunion events. All Reunion photos will be posted and made available for free download in late June. In addition, photos will be uploaded to the digital Reunion Report albums for the Classes of 2010–2020. We will not be offering formal class photos.
Parking, Transportation, and Directions

Is parking available on campus?
All-day parking is available June 12–14 for $35 per day in the New Research Building (NRB) Garage.
Parking is first come, first served, and registration is required to reserve your spot. You will be asked to indicate which days you will require on-campus parking. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Is there transportation between the hotels and campus?
There will be limited shuttle service between the Longwood Medical campus, Hotel Commonwealth, and the Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Guests staying at The Newbury Boston or the Park Plaza Hotel should utilize the Four Seasons Hotel Boston stop. Shuttle service from The Inn at Longwood and InterContinental Boston will not be provided. Visit alumni.hms.harvard.edu/shuttle to view the schedule.

Is transportation provided for my class events?
Transportation to and from class events is not provided. Please refer to your class page for directions and parking information for all your class events.

How do I get directions to a Reunion event at a classmate’s home?
Due to our privacy policy, we will not post the address or directions to a classmate’s home on public class pages. You will receive a confirmation email upon registration that includes event addresses. A follow-up reminder email with these details will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the event.
