  • How do I register for Reunion?

    Please note that the capacity for the Reunion Reception and Class Dinners for the Classes 1964–2004 on June 7 at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston is limited. While we welcome walk-ins at most Reunion events, we strongly encourage advance registration if you plan on attending. Advance registration for this event is $200 per person. On-site registration (capacity permitting) will be $250 per person.

  • What does it cost to attend Reunion?

    Alumni Fees: Classes of 20092019
    Alumni attending daytime programming on Friday will be charged a program fee to offset the costs of breakfast, lunch, the symposium, and more.

    • $40 through May 29 at 5 p.m. ET
    • $50 June 7 (on-site registration)
    • There are additional costs for class-specific and off-campus events

    Alumni attending daytime programming on Thursday or Friday will be charged a program fee to offset the costs of breakfast, lunch, the symposium, and more.

  • Can I bring my family to Reunion?

    Yes, adults are welcome to Reunion programming and events, and you can register your entire family for the Reunion Party on the Quad on Saturday. Visit the Explore Boston section below for more ideas about what they can do while you’re attending Reunion.

  • How do I add additional events or guests if I have already registered?

    Please call the HMS Events team at 617-384-8519 for a web address where you can add events or guests to your current registration.

  • Will I receive a confirmation?

    Yes, you will receive confirmation via email at your preferred email address used with your HarvardKey.

  • What if I have to cancel my Reunion registration?

    For a partial refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee per event), cancellation notices must be received in writing by May 24. Cancellation notices received after May 24 will not be accepted for refunds. Please email your request to HMS-HSDM_Reunions@hms.harvard.edu or mail to:

  • When and where do I check in?

    Upon arrival, please pick up your nametag and personalized Reunion itinerary at check-in. Your nametag is required for you to gain admission to all Reunion events.

  • What if I arrive after check-in closes on Friday? Can I still check in at the evening events?

    Yes, you can check in at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston (Classes of 1964–2004) and the Street Bar at Rochambeau (Classes of 2009–2019) on Friday evening.
