Bringing Alumni and Students Together

This innovative platform will link alumni with current students and fellow alums who are seeking advice on an array of topics.

Connect About:

  • Student Life (and beyond): Provide advice on residency, fellowship, and work-life balance.
  • Careers: Offer guidance on specialty selections and paths in alternative medical careers, private practice, research, industry, or non-traditional roles. Speak with an expert about switching specialties or entering different medical sectors.
  • Identity-based Connections: Find community with alumni who share your identities and discuss challenges faced by first-generation students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and underrepresented groups in medicine.
  • Networking: Discuss how to build strong professional connections, recommend trusted physicians, and more.

We hope to see you on MD Connect. Together, we can foster a culture of continuous learning and mentorship that reflects the high standards for which HMS is known.
