Attendees will receive one meal ticket and one dessert ticket each as part of admission. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available. Beer and wine will be available for purchase using cash or credit card.

Parking

All-day parking on campus is available for $25 per day. Parking is first come, first served. Registration is required to reserve your spot, and you will be asked to indicate which garage you wish to park in for each day on the form.

Cancellation Policy

For a partial refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee), cancellation notices must be received in writing by May 24. At that point, we are committed to venues and will be charged a fee for any reservation changes. Cancellation notices received after May 24 will not be accepted for refunds.
