Participate in this important tradition and submit your entry online or by mail. Reunion Reports are an integral part of your HMS/HSDM legacy, providing a fantastic opportunity to share your story and reconnect with your classmates.

Consent to print your information when you submit your entry to include your contact information, personal updates, photos, and a letter to your classmates.
Confirm your address to receive a book when you submit your entry. Reunion Reports will be mailed in May.

1. You will need your HarvardKey to access your personalized entry in your Reunion Report. If you have already claimed your HarvardKey, skip to Step 2 below. If you have not claimed your HarvardKey, visit key.harvard.edu and follow the step-by-step instructions.
  
  Your HAA ID number can be found in the footer of recent emails from our office and the Harvard Alumni Association, and your preferred email address on file is the address that received the email. If you need help, contact the Harvard University IT Support Desk at 617-495-7777 or submit a request to the HUIT Service Desk.
